Thank you very much for the effort that you put in to design, manufacture and despatch my amazing quit to me. I was honoured to be selected to receive a quilt and definitely lucky that you were selected to make my quilt and I am genuinely appreciative of your work. Your design of an Australian theme certainly hit the mark.

I received the parcel on Tuesday and was absolutely blown away, when I opened the parcel, by the design and work that you have put into the quilt. The fine work and craftmanship of the quilt is amazing and really appreciated. I have no doubt that your splendid quilts which have been sent to other worthy recipients have been received with much appreciation and have brightened up those recipients lives.

On a personal note; you mentioned that you are an “Army brat”. My son in a “RAAF brat” and he proudly sees that, as you should, as a term of endearment. I have no doubt that your 13 different schools educated you in ways that most children do not experience.

Once again, thank you sincerely for all you have done for me. Further, I note that you are in a cold area. I would assume that you snuggle up at night, particularly in the snow season, to one of your magnificent quilts!

Well its taken quite some time but at last my laundry bag has made it to me.I may not have been able to utilise it during my past operation but I’ll be sure to get some use out of it going forward. Thank you very much for the time and effort you’ve put into my laundry bag, I appreciate it very much and I hope you get some appreciation knowing that the laundry bag you’ve worked on has finally made it to its intended recipient.

I wanted to write you this email for some time now I really do apologise as the quilt you made for me is amazing, more than I could have imagined from just the few details I supplied!

And please thank the other ladies at Aussie Hero Quilts for helping make this quilt. It really brings such good memories when I look at it thinking about my time on operation. It has been my comfort when I curl up on the couch.

I do really appreciate the little things and I incredibly cherish this quilt and thank you for your time and commitment.
