Hi Jan-Maree,
We four finally got together on 20 April for a tasty dinner and chat about AHQ, fabric, quilts and the rest. We were sorry not to meet Roz G this time round.
We’ve set a new date for a coffee and stitch morning in early June and hope that a couple of others will be able to join us then.
(10am Saturday 3rd June at Southern Cross Club Woden.)
Sue G pulled out a huge bundle of fabric and Fran T and I (Cassandra P) were able to relieve her of it. Monika McK pulled out our Minecraft quilt, which still needs a home, explaining that we haven’t seen any Minecraft requests on the list since we made it! Then we showed heaps of photos of our AHQ makes; so interesting to see how other people interpret the requests.
All in all, great to be connected and I look forward to future events.
